2. The present petition has been preferred for the
grant of following relief(s):
“for issuance of appropriate order or
direction to initiate contempt proceeding against
the opposite parties for deliberately not
complying the order of Hon’ble Patna High
Court dated 22.01.2020 (Annexure-1) passed by
the Hon’ble Court in CWJC No. 23090 of 2019.
It is further prayed to direct the opposite parties
to comply the aforesaid order.”
3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the
petitioner that the order stands complied and as such, he may be
permitted to withdraw the petition.
4. Accordingly, the MJC No. 1244 of 2020 is
dismissed as withdrawn.
