Prayer in W.P.No.965 of 2023: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner’s Representation dated 18.07.2021 and direct the 1 st Respondent to take appropriate action against the 2nd Respondent and to further direct the 2 nd Respondent to give complete quietus to its claim against the Petitioner in Loan Account No.LPPDK00009728481 and to communicate the same to the 3rd Respondent to carry out necessary amendments to Consumer Credit Report of the Petitioner.
