When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that already sufficient opportunities were provi ded and an award was also passed. Subsequently, the compensation amount was deposited to the credit of LAOP Court, where the matter is referred to enhancement of compensation. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Cour t to direct the respondents to provide the details of LAOP Court, where the compensation amount is deposited. 4. In view of the above, it is clear that already the award w as passed after providing sufficient opportunities to the petitioner. In such case, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous. As requested by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to provide the details with regard to L AOP Court, where the compensation amount is said to have deposited, so as to enabl e the petitioner to withdraw the said amount. 6. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
