Side) for R6 ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to t he respondents 3 to 5 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application dated 01.04.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner had submitted an online application on 01.04.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts noti ce on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Mr. V . Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice on behalf of the sixth respondent. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 3 and 5 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as we ll as any other party whom they deem it fit. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 3 and 5 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 3 and 5 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 11925 of 2026 merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the third respondent, the sixth respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
