(41 plus 59 sq.mtrs.) in T.S.No.6174 (part) Block No.0136, Nageswara Rao Road, T.Nagar, Chennai – 600 017, Guindy Taluk, Chennai District, within a time to be stipulated by this Court. The aforesaid relief cannot be granted by this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India. Admittedly, the award amount has been deposi ted in the LAOP Court. The respective counsels appearing for the respondents have also not raised any serious objections for the same. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the clai m of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition leaving it open for the LAOP Court to decide. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the LAOP Court in LAOP No.3 of 2026 on the file of the Pri ncipal City Civil Court, Chennai, seeking alteration of the name of the be neficiary in the award and on receipt of the said application, the said LAOP Court shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with law, by adheri ng to the principles of natural justice.
