The petitioner had submitted an online application on 22.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till dat e, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts noti ce https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 11235 of 2026 on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr. V . Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 14, notice to the respondents 4 to 14 is dispensed with by this Court. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents 1 and 2 if the sa id authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 14 and any neighbouring la nd owners as well as any other third party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the respondents 4 to 14 and any neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 11235 of 2026 morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
