The petitioner had submitted an applications through on-line on 08.07.2025 and 14.07.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same did not evoke any response till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 3rd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 3rd https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12081 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 3 rd respondent shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
