WP No. 13758 of 2026 For Petitioner(s): Mr.B.Ramar For Respondent(s): Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Govt.Advocate For R1 to R4 ND/W -R5 ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to t he respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the patta issued in the name of the fifth re spondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petiti on, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that the fifth respondent has illegally obt ained patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition to substantiate his case that the patta has been issued illegally i n favour of the fifth respondent. The petitioner had given a representation on 11.03.2026 to the second respondent seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the fifth respondent. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. R. P. Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts noti ce on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
