According to the petitioner, eventhough FMB sketch was rectified by the respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, till date, in the revenue records, the same has not been u pdated. The petitioner has given a representation on 06.09.2025 to the respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner’s representation, seeking for updation and mutation of the revenue records including the land ownership details pursuant to the correction of the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner within a time f rame to be fixed by this Court. 5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petit ioner’s representation dated 06.09.2025, seeking for updation and mutation of the revenue records including the land ownership details pursuant to the corre ction of the FMB sketch for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of recei pt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents file d by the petitioner. 7.
