ORDER This Petition has been filed to clarify the factual aspect with regard to the erection of iron pole observed in Para Nos. 5, 6 and 11 of the order dated 02.02.2026 made in WP.No. 2396 of 2025. 2. The clarification has been sought for on the ground that in the counte r affidavit of the respondents they have used the word consumer which does not relate to the petitioner. However, a reading of the entire counte r affidavit does not provide clarity as to whether the petitioner is the consumer or w hether a third party is the consumer.
