The petitioner seeks for auto rickshaw permit. The petitioner had submitted an application on 09.02.2026 in Form CCPA for the said purpose with the respondent. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner’s application dated 09.02.2026, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration to the supporting doc uments produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by thi s Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application. 5.
