ORDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to secure the presence of the accused res pondents 3- 5 herein for due execution of the sentence made by the Hon’ble Fast Tra ck Court No.II, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Allikulam at Chennai in CC.No.5436 of 2019 dated 16.02.2024 as affirmed by Judgement in CA.No.299 of 2024 dated 12.02.2025. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that accused are not residing in the said address within the jurisdictional Police.
