The petitioner seeks for transfer of patta for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the petitioner’ s application, dated 13.02.2026 seeking for transfer of the said patta was not considered ti ll date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2 nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s application, dated 13.02.2026 seeking for transfer of patta in the name of t he petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbour ing land owners and any other third party, whom the 2 nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of rec eipt of a copy of this order. 7.
