Respondent(s) PRAYER Directing the Respondents to conduct re-survey the lands ad-measuring a n extent of 2.65 acres in Survey No.960 situated at Ikkarai Boluvampatty Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District, pursuant to Challan No.2025/0123/12/011608 dated 28.11.2025 and based on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 For Petitioner(s): Mr. A.Tamilarasan For Respondent(s): Mr.S.Arumugam, Government Advocate ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to t he respondents https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12581 of 2026 to re-survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representation dated 28.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. Already, the petitioner had surveyed the property. But, since he i s not satisfied with the said survey, he seeks for re-survey of the said property. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 28.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, t he petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5. No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent if the said a uthority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner ’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 12581 of 2026 (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
