This Writ Petition has been filed to forebear the first responde nt from the
harassing the petitioners on the false and frivolous complaint given by the

aggravated sexual assault against the second petitioner, who is a minor. In this
regard a complaint has been given by the first petitioner and a ca se in Crime

order to withdraw the complaint given by the first petitioner against the father
of the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor had submitted that the
second respondent had lodged a complaint on which CSR number has been
assigned and produced the electronic receipt to show that the petitioner had
entered the house and left the house with a bike and valuable documents ha ve
been taken away by the first petitioner.
3. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the second
respondent that the complaint given by the second respondent has nothing to do
with the complaint given by the first petitioner against his father and it is for his
father to defend the case. It is his further contention that duri ng the enquiry the
petitioner had undertook to hand over the articles and contrary to her
undertaking, the petitioner had filed the present Writ Petition.
4. In view of the above submissions, the first petitioner shall appear
before the first respondent police and participate in the enquiry and the first
respondent shall complete enquiry in CSR.No.192 of 2026 within a period of
