The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 22.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5. No prejudice will be caused to the second and third respondents if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundari es of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this w rit petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as we ll as any other party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 15042 of 2026 (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second and third respondents are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem it fit to enquire. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second and third respondents shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
