It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner and her wi fe had adopted a male child on 29.06.2024 vide adoption deed dated 06.09.2024 registered as Doc.No.59 of 2024 on the file of SRO, Omalur with P. Neelavanan and Anbumani. Thereafter, the petitioner has given representation t o the first respondent on 01.01.2026 seeking for necessary changes in their son's birth certificate, which is pending without consideration till date. H ence, this writ petition. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counse l for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court w ithout going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consi der the representation of the petitioner dated 01.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six wee ks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
