The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 27.02.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 2nd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the 2 nd respondent deems fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- Page No.2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.13235 of 2026 (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 2 nd respondent shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
