For Petitioner(s): Mr.C.Deepakkumar For Respondent(s): Ms.C.Meera Arumugam,AGP Order This writ petition has been filed to direct respondents 5 and 6 to reinstate the demolished overhead water tank in the property, morefully disclose d in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this court. 2.According to the petitioner, he is a villager in the very same a rea where the overhead water tank was demolished. The respondents 5 and 6 ought not to have demolished the said overhead tank as they were directed only t o demolish the compound wall by orders of this Court. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. The petitioner had given a representation on 18.02.2026 to respondents 1 to 4 requesting them to reinstate the demolished overhead water ta nk in the property.
