The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the representation dated 14.03.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, his mother and his brother for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, proceedings has already been initiated by the first respondent based on the petitioner’s representation dated 14.03.2025. In view of the same, no prejudi ce would be caused to the first respondent if the petitioner’s representation, seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, his mother a nd his brother for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law after giving due consideration https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 15036 of 2026 to the documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing all t he necessary parties whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation dated 14.03.2025. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petit ioner’s representation dated 14.03.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner, his mother and his brother for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks f rom the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary part ies whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
