It is case of the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased the subject property vide sale deed and now, the petitioner has constructed a new house. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner has not been pr ovided with electricity collection despite the adjacent land owners have be en provided with electricity connection. In this regard, the petitioner has submitt ed a representation/application on 16.03.2026 which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition. 4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5.
