2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners tried to hurt the de-
facto complainant, who is the own sister of the 2nd petitioner. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner s submitted that the petitioner s
were innocent and that they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further
submitted that they are ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be
imposed by this Court and they are ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence,
he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the
respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and fairly submits that the de-
facto complainant has been discharged from the hospital on the same day.
However, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by the
learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advcaote, it is
amply clear that there is no serious injury to the de-facto complainant and she
has been discharged from the hospital on the same date and on the fact that the
occurrence took place on 25.03.2026, therefore, at this length of time, the
custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. Hence, this Court is
