2. Heard, MR.D.Nandhagopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, and
perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that I.A.No.1 of
2026, seeking interim injunction, was filed in January 2026. However, the same
has not been disposed of so far. I tis further submitted that such an application
ought to have been disposed of within a reasonable time, but the matter has
been repeatedly adjourned without any progress. It is also submitted that the
plaintiffs are in possession of the property and that the delay in disposal of the
interim application is causing prejudice to them.
4. Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the learned
District Munsif, Harur, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2026 in O.S.No.14 of 2026, on
merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.04.2026, after affording due
opportunity to both parties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
