The petitioner had given representations on 19.09.2024 and 24.09.2024 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same were not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this C ourt. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (c) If police assistance is required, the respondent is permitted to obtain the same by giving a representation to the police department and the police department shall act accordingly by granting police assistance. (d) the respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
