After submitting for a brief while, learned counsel for petiti oner would submit that while present writ petition is filed challenging show cause notice No.75/2024 dated 07.10.2024, during pendency of present writ petition, the said show cause notice was adjudicated vide order in original No.114407 of 2025 dated 09.01.2026. Therefore, seeks liberty of this Court to file an appea l, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned Senior Panel Counsel for respondents. 3.
