Since no adverse order is passed against the 6 th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6 th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 3. As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, proceedings has already been initiated by the 3 rd respondent based on the petitioner’s representation. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the 3 rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 13.09.2025 referred to supra, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 13.09.2025 seeking cancellation of patta bearing No.942 issued in favour of the 6 th respondent for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 6th respondent and any other party, whom the 3 rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
