Order
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to

Circular dated 13.04.2026 vide Lr.No.1237/COE/C2/2026, within a time frame

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Law College student
of Government Law College, Chengalpattu and was admitted in the academic
year 2019-2022. When the petitioner applied for the examination,
unfortunately his registration number has been blocked by the University and
College, which severely affected his academic progress. The grievance of the
petitioner is that the said blockage was done without affording any opportunity
of hearing to the petitioner. According to the petitioner he appeared on last
May 2025 and his Registration No.319L1592, but unfortunately, he has not
cleared the papers and have failed in the attempt. The petitioner submitted a
representation on 24.04.2026 and appeared before the Law University
personally and he was assured that within 4 hours, his portal will be opened and
he would be able to fill in his application, but till date, it has been blocked by
the 2nd respondent. Hence, left with no other alternative, the petitioner is
constrained to approach this Court with the present writ petition.
