Bundi for the offence(s) under Sections 305(a) & 331(1) of BNS.

has been falsely implicated in this case; petitioner is behind the
bars since 30.03.2026; He also submits that charge-sheet is
proposed to be filed; petitioner is not required for further
investigation; the alleged offence is triable by Magistrate;
conclusion of trial may take a long time, so no fruitful purpose

the bail application and submits that there are criminal
antecedents against the accused-petitioner.

investigation; the alleged offence is triable by Magistrate; trial will
take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any
